What age group do you cater for?

I work with young people aged 11 - 25

Do you offer sessions for parents?

I can offer a one off session or phone call with the parent of a young person to discuss some strategies or signposts for resources that may help support you and your son/daughter

What about confidentiality?

One of the downsides of online working is the worry about confidentiality. As a young person on a zoom call I would advise you use headphones if you are concerned about others in your house overhearing. Bear in mind where you might want to be when you do our zoom call if you are concerned about being overheard.
Sessions are live and not recorded.
Paper notes of our sessions are kept by myself and locked securely and do not contain client names.

Do you offer group consultations?

At the moment I am not offering group sessions and do not do family therapy.
