Mindful Moment - finger breathing

With the index finger of the other hand slowly move up the thumb breathing inwards as you do so and then slowly down the thumb breathing outwards. Repeat this with the remaining four fingers remembering to breathe in slowly as you move up and then out slowly as you move down. Repeat using the the other hand too.
